Referral Program Rules

You will receive a $100 bonus if the person is hired and works 30 days and another $100 if they work 90 days. These will be processed through payroll or you may receive a gift card.
Your referral must be their first contact with any SCC companies—i.e, rehires are not eligible
Your referral form must be submitted online before they submit their application.
If two team members submit the same applicant, the first referral will be given the bonus.
You must still be employed with the company at the end of the 30/90 days to receive the bonus.
This program is subject to change at any time.
Management team members are not eligible.
