Electronic Direct Deposit (DD) Advice

Enroll in Direct Deposit
All employees are enrolled in direct deposit. Your paycheck is automatically deposited to your bank account(s) every payday. It's a great way to beat the long lines at the bank, and your paycheck will be deposited, even if you're not in town to pick it up.  To change your banking information or how you would like your paycheck allocated, download the enrollment form, complete it, and return it to your manager to enroll.

Direct Deposit Enrollment Form

Receive Direct Deposit Pay Advices & W-2 Forms Electronically
As you know, we are required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide each employee with a direct deposit advice and W-2 Form, that states your compensation and tax withholding amounts. We give employees the opportunity to receive these statements electronically.

This allows you to receive an email with a link to your direct deposit advice on payday. The Benefits are:

  • Speed—Ability to see what amount is being deposited to your account on payday.
  • Safety—Advice not sitting in a mailbox waiting for you to claim it.
  • Versatility—Ability to easily forward pay advice and W-2 to parent, accountant, etc.
  • Access—Ability to access your deposit advice, even when you are out of town.

The direct deposit advices as well as your W-2 will be posted to www.viewmypaycheck.com. You must use the link you received in the email from us to establish a user name and password for this website.

Enroll now to begin receiving your direct deposit advices and W-2 electronically. These are sent out on payday to https://paychecks.intuit.com. You can track all your paychecks and look to see how much you have earned year to date.
This also allows you to view your w-2 weeks earlier.
