  4. When a team member misses a shift and receives a week suspension, do you think this is effective?  What do you think would be more effective in preventing team members from missing shifts?
  5. We know what you do is very hard work, and we are a very busy restaurant.  What can we do to make your job easier?  How do we communicate how hard the job is to prospective new hires?
